Painting Space is an e-commerce store for paintings which allows users to find their beloved painting by categories and colors. Collections can be decorations for your home, office, or a warm gift for your friend.

STATEMENT of INTENT

This project is an exercise about how to build an online shopping website. The main purpose is to learn the process of website shopping and how to make it yourself.

Features

  • Search paintings by categories and colors
  • Sort list by the newest, oldest, least expensive, and most expensive product
  • Add items to shopping cart
  • Edit items and calculate payment amount in shopping cart

  • Most of the apparel and shoes are designed by American artists and made in small batches in the USA, with select offering from outstanding international designers
  • Launched as The Guild in 1985, Artful Home has been successfully connecting artists and art lovers for over 30 years

  • There are many names for the talented people who create the artwork and countless approaches to bringing these pieces to life.

  • Products’ preview images are not unified.
  • Some banners’ button is not clickable.

  • Platform is more trustworthy and featured in many famous newspapers.

  • Two product previews in a row that makes the page very long.
  • Call to action buttons for each banner are not on the same position.
